Samin Nan Sahar Co. began to operate after having been registered in 1997, enjoying an experience of more than twenty years in bread industry, the company started to provide and produce cereal improvers through scientific and applied researches, while cooperating with pioneer companies of this industry all over the world to apply modern technology and know-how.
Technical , educational, and production activities of the said company are carried out in a plant with an area of about 5000 sq.m. in Safadasht Industrial Zone - Shahriar, Teharn Province. The plant was inaugurated and started operation in July,1998 at the presence of some state authorities and experts and officials of the industry.
Samin Nan Sahar Plant includes administrative departments, equipped chemical and microbiological laboratory, education center, pilot plant, production halls, and other related sections. The goals of establishing the said complex were to perform research and produce cereal improvers (especially volume and flat bread) and setting educational courses in order to promote the quality of bread and reduce the wastage of baking industry.
Samin Nan Sahar is producing cereal improvers by the use of different sections, including equipped chemical and microbiological lab, education center, pilot plant and advanced machineries of production halls. The company can provide a great quantity of improvers that are needed for internal use, the company produces improvers such as : 01 (for volume bread) , 04( for toast bread) , Sahar Burger (for Hamburger and Macburger ), Sahar 20 (for traditional bread), and baking powder (for cake and pastry ). Samin an Sahar Co. has started to produce premix from different cereals in line with its activities. Cream powder and cream are among new products .
