Research Center established in 1998 with the Official Research and Development (R&D) license from Ministry of Industries and Mines, proudly provides its services to all producers of this field as a member of great family of state food Industry, in line with the high goals of the company and state policies about the quality and quantity level of cereal products (especially bread), by the use of skilled personnel , modern lab, equipment and educational means.
After the recognition of existing difficulties in each products and performing scientific and applied examinations on raw materials (especially wheat flour), this center began to produce related improvers, the mass production of which was started in plant after confirmation of producers and obtaining the health licenses. This section is ready to cooperate with other companies, plants, and production centers uniform with the Technical and Vocational Education Center , in order to provide educational and consulting services by sending experts for optimum usage of the products of company and removal of defects in cereal products such as Traditional and Industrial bread, cake and cookie, biscuit, pasta, pastry, and etc.
